Some People Prefer You Sad

If the people who are supposed to love you.
Be it your family, a friend or your partner.
They are not capable of rejoicing in your joys.
And instead they are satisfied with your failures.

Because that’s how you are vulnerable.
Because that way you need them more.
P ecause this is easier than to control you .
Stay.
That you do what they want.
Go away.

Because wanting is the opposite of that.
Wanting is the ability of human beings to see you.
To all that you are.
But also everything you can become.

Because wanting without freedom is not wanting, nor is it anything.

Because if some people prefer you sad but here with them.
Instead of happy wherever you feel.
It is that they do not like you well.
As much as their mouths are filled with words.

As much as they repeat it to you. Is not true.

These people only love themselves and are not thinking about you.
And the worst thing is that they are changing the mood of your days.
They are making your excitement for living die off.
They are getting you to doubt yourself.
That you think you are not capable.
That you are afraid

That you stay still.

If the people who are supposed to love you.
They don’t accept who you are.
They don’t respect your wishes.
Go away.

Because wanting does not understand conditions.
Nor of blackmail.
Wanting is wanting the best for you.
And the best for you is not decided by anyone but you.

Wanting is knowing that nobody belongs to us.
That the only valid statement.
